MOQ is tiered by platform: Light & Mood premium platforms from 100 pcs (standard) · 300 pcs (white-label) · 500–1,000 pcs (ODM custom); Body care platforms from 500 pcs (standard) · 1,000 pcs (white-label) · 2,000–3,000 pcs (ODM custom).
How fast can I get samples?
Sampling takes 7-14 days after sample fees and technical files are confirmed. For first-time cooperation the sample fee is waived — you only cover the courier cost. Every inquiry also receives a proposal with 3D rendering and quotation within 24 hours.
Do you support OEM and ODM?
Both. OEM covers your logo, packaging, colours and finishes on our validated platforms. ODM starts from concept — supported by our core strategic partner Bole Design (20 years, 500+ design awards) — and continues through our own production.
Which certifications can your products carry?
Our quality systems are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, with amfori BSCI social-compliance audit. Products can carry CE, RoHS, FCC, PSE and UL per model and destination market. Battery products ship with UN38.3 / MSDS documentation. Exact certificates per SKU are confirmed during quotation.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment) and letters of credit (L/C). Exact terms appear on the proforma invoice for each order.
