Your fireplace starts at our Panyu component plant — 10,000+ sqm with 600+ staff — where auto-grade inductors, transformers, and wireless charging coils are produced and control boards go through SMT. Finished-product assembly happens at our Shenzhen plant (3,000 sqm), with a Yangon overflow line capable of 5,000+ pcs/day for peak-season volume. Design centers in Hangzhou and Hamburg support the industrial design and flame-effect tuning. The factory holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BSCI (amfori), UL registration, and Sony Green Partner status. What is the lead time?
4–8 weeks from deposit to FOB Shenzhen for most SKUs. Custom tooling or a new form factor in the Pro tier can extend that window; the RFQ page lets you note your target ship date.
