Your hand warmer starts at our Panyu component plant — 10,000+ sqm with 600+ staff producing auto-grade inductors, transformers, and wireless charging coils, plus SMT assembly. Finished-product assembly happens at our 3,000 sqm Shenzhen plant, with a 5,000+ pcs/day overflow line in Yangon for peak-season surges. Design support comes from our Hangzhou and Hamburg design centers, so you're adapting a proven platform rather than inheriting a stock product. What is your lead time?
4–8 weeks from deposit to FOB Shenzhen for most SKUs. Complex ODM programs may take longer; we confirm a schedule at RFQ.
How does the sample process work?
7-day sample turnaround. The sample fee is refundable against your PO, so the only real cost is the week of waiting. Request a sample through the RFQ page.
