Your slim hand warmer starts at our Panyu component plant — 10,000+ sqm with 600+ staff producing auto-grade inductors, transformers, wireless charging coils, and SMT assemblies. From there, components move to our Shenzhen 3,000 sqm finished-product assembly line, where the unit is built, tested, and packed for FOB Shenzhen shipment. When your launch lands in peak season, our Yangon overflow line adds 5,000+ pcs/day of extra capacity. Design support comes from our Hangzhou and Hamburg studios, so you get European-influenced industrial design backed by Chinese manufacturing efficiency. What is the minimum order quantity?

Three tiers: Lite (100–499 units), Slim (500–999 units, the most popular), and Pro (1,000+ units for the best unit cost and full customization). Start with Lite to test the market, then scale.

How does the sample process work?

Sample turnaround is 7 days, and the sample fee is refundable against your purchase order. You can evaluate the slim hand warmer's feel, heat output, and branding before committing to volume.

What is the production lead time?

4–8 weeks from deposit to FOB Shenzhen for most SKUs. The exact timing depends on your tier and customization level — confirm it on the RFQ page.

What warranty do you offer?

500-day limited warranty — one of the longest in the category. You can pass this along to your customers as a selling point or brand the warranty materials yourself.

What are your trade terms?

T/T 30/70 (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) or L/C at sight. All shipments are FOB Shenzhen, and we work with your nominated forwarder.
