The C3 Player's electronics start at our Panyu component plant — 10,000+ sqm with 600+ staff producing auto-grade inductors, transformers, wireless charging coils, and SMT boards. Finished assembly happens at our Shenzhen plant (3,000 sqm), and our Yangon overflow line (5,000+ pcs/day) absorbs peak-season volume without slowing your launch. Industrial design and engineering support come from our Hangzhou and Hamburg design centers, giving you European-influenced design with Shenzhen manufacturing efficiency. What are the MOQ tiers for the C3 Player?

Lite is 100-499 units, Slim is 500-999 units (the most popular), and Pro is 1,000+ units for the best unit cost and full customization. Your volume target determines which tier fits.

What is the lead time?

4-8 weeks from deposit to FOB Shenzhen for most SKUs. We'll confirm a schedule when you submit an RFQ.

How does the sample process work?

7-day sample turnaround; the sample fee is refundable against your PO. It's a low-risk way to evaluate quality before committing.

What warranty do you offer?

500 days limited warranty — one of the longest in the category. It gives your customers confidence and reduces your after-sales burden.

What are the trade terms?

T/T 30/70, L/C at sight accepted. FOB Shenzhen; we work with your nominated forwarder.
