How this SKU is made
The belt starts at our Panyu component plant — 10,000+ sqm with 600+ staff — where auto-grade inductors, transformers, wireless charging coils, and SMT boards are produced in-house. Finished assembly happens at our Shenzhen plant (3,000 sqm), with our Yangon overflow line adding 5,000+ pcs/day capacity when your order scales. Design support comes from our Hangzhou and Hamburg studios, so you get Asian manufacturing efficiency plus European design input. What are your MOQ tiers?
Lite is 100-499 units for testing a new SKU, Slim is 500-999 units (our most popular tier), and Pro is 1,000+ units for the best unit cost and full customization. Your tier determines how much of the belt you can tailor.
How does the sample process work?
We turn samples around in 7 days, and the sample fee is refundable against your first PO. You can request unbranded samples for evaluation or branded samples for photoshoots and buyer meetings.
What is the lead time?
4-8 weeks from deposit to FOB Shenzhen for most SKUs. Exact timing depends on your MOQ tier and customization choices, so we confirm a schedule when you submit your RFQ.
What warranty can we pass on to our customers?
The standard warranty is 500 days limited warranty — one of the longest in the category. You can align it with your own brand policy, and we'll support the claims process from the factory side.
What are your trade terms?
T/T 30/70 (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) or L/C at sight. Pricing is FOB Shenzhen, and we work with your nominated forwarder.
