We are a direct manufacturer. LIGHT BDB runs a 3,000 sqm facility in Shenzhen plus a production plant in Yangon, Myanmar with 5,000+ pcs/day capacity. R&D is handled by our in-house team of 20+ engineers, supported by design partner resources in Hangzhou and Hamburg.
Our MOQ starts from 500 pcs per model, across all product lines. There is no lower quantity tier for standard production orders — for smaller runs we offer sample orders instead.
Sampling takes 7 days after sample fees and technical files are confirmed. Sample fees are charged at standard rates — for first-time cooperation the sample fee is waived, and you only cover the courier cost. Every inquiry also receives a proposal with 3D rendering and quotation within 24 hours.
Both. OEM covers your logo, packaging, colors and finishes on our validated platforms. ODM starts from concept — supported by our core strategic partner Bole Design (20 years, 500+ design awards, national industrial design center) — and continues through our own production. Our quality systems are ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environmental), with amfori BSCI social-compliance audit. Products can carry CE, ROHS, FCC, PSE and UL according to model and destination market. Battery products ship with UN38.3 / MSDS logistics documentation. We confirm the exact certificate list per SKU during quotation.

Yes — customer visits and third-party audits (SGS, TÜV, BSCI, etc.) are welcome at our Shenzhen and Yangon facilities. Reach us through the inquiry form or by email (see footer) to schedule.
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment) and letters of credit (L/C). Exact terms appear on the proforma invoice for each order.
Our default shipping term is FOB Shenzhen. CIF, DDP and other Incoterms can be arranged per order, by sea, air or express; shipping under your own forwarder's arrangements is also welcome.
Yes. Private-mold development runs through our ODM process: industrial design (with Bole Design if needed), DFM review, mold fabrication and your exclusive ownership or amortization terms, agreed per project.
Products carry a 500-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. Detailed warranty and after-sales terms are stated in the sales contract.
